1. Where a company or other entity subject to registration applies for registration of a change of registered office to a locality in another municipality, the registry office shall, ex officio, forward the corresponding folder to the registry office located in that municipality and shall notify the entity concerned accordingly.
1 - Quando a sociedade ou outra entidade sujeita a registo solicitar o registo de alteração de sede para localidade pertencente a outro concelho, a conservatória remete oficiosamente a respectiva pasta à conservatória situada nesse concelho e de tal facto notifica a entidade em causa.
2. In the case of a transfer of the registered office of a European public limited-liability company (SE) to another Member State of the European Union, notification by the competent registry service of that Member State of the company’s new registration file, following the definitive registration of the transfer of registered office and the corresponding amendment of the statutes, shall give rise to the immediate ex officio registration of the transfer of registered office and the corresponding cancellation of the registration file at the national registry office.
2 - Tratando-se de transferência da sede de sociedade anónima europeia para outro Estado membro da União Europeia, a comunicação, pelo serviço de registo competente deste último, da nova matrícula da sociedade, em consequência do registo definitivo da transferência de sede e da correspondente alteração dos estatutos, determina o imediato registo oficioso da transferência de sede e o correspondente cancelamento da matrícula na conservatória nacional.
6. The definitive registration of an amendment of the statutes of a European public limited-liability company by which the transfer of its registered office to Portugal is disclosed shall be communicated immediately, together with the company’s new registration file, to the registry service of the State of its previous registration.
6 - O registo definitivo de alteração dos estatutos de sociedade anónima europeia pelo qual seja publicitada a transferência da sede daquela para Portugal deve ser imediatamente comunicado, em conjunto com a nova matrícula da sociedade, ao serviço de registo do Estado da anterior matrícula.
