The Legal Regime of the Central Register of Beneficial Owners, provided for in Article 34 of Law No. 83/2017 of 18 August, is approved in the annex to this Law, of which it forms an integral part.
É aprovado, em anexo à presente lei, que dela faz parte integrante, o Regime Jurídico do Registo Central do Beneficiário Efetivo, previsto no artigo 34.º da Lei n.º 83/2017, de 18 de agosto.
The annex is approved as an integral part of the Law and the reference to Article 34 of Law No. 83/2017 is retained.
