1. Commercial companies must keep an up-to-date register of the identification details:
1 - As sociedades comerciais devem manter um registo atualizado dos elementos de identificação:
a) of the members, specifying their respective interests;
a) Dos sócios, com discriminação das respetivas participações sociais;
b) of the natural persons who hold, even indirectly or through a third party, ownership of the interests in the company; and
b) Das pessoas singulares que detêm, ainda que de forma indireta ou através de terceiro, a propriedade das participações sociais; e
c) of any person who, in any way, holds effective control of the company.
c) De quem, por qualquer forma, detenha o respetivo controlo efetivo.
2. The information referred to in the preceding paragraph must be adequate, accurate and current, and must be communicated to the competent entities in accordance with the law.
2 - A informação referida no número anterior deve ser suficiente, exata e atual, bem como comunicada às entidades competentes nos termos da lei.
3. For the purposes of paragraph 1, information on the tax representative of the persons mentioned therein, where there is one, must be collected.
3 - Para efeitos do disposto no n.º 1, deve ser recolhida a informação do representante fiscal das pessoas ali mencionadas, quando exista.
