1. The persons referred to in paragraph 1 of the preceding Article must provide the company with all the details necessary for drawing up the register of beneficial owners.
1 - As pessoas referidas no n.º 1 do artigo anterior devem informar a sociedade de todos os elementos necessários para a elaboração do registo de beneficiário efetivo.
2. Whenever the information provided changes, the persons referred to must update it within 15 days of the date of the change.
2 - Sempre que ocorra alteração à informação fornecida, devem as pessoas referenciadas proceder à sua atualização no prazo de 15 dias a contar da data da alteração.
3. Whenever the company becomes aware of the change, and once the period laid down in the preceding paragraph has elapsed, the company may notify the persons referred to in paragraph 1 to update their identification details within 10 days.
3 - Sempre que a sociedade tome conhecimento da alteração, e decorrido o prazo estabelecido no número anterior, pode a sociedade notificar as pessoas referidas no n.º 1 para, no prazo de 10 dias, procederem à atualização dos seus elementos de identificação.
4. Unjustified failure by a member to comply with the duty to provide information, following the notification provided for in the preceding paragraph, permits the redemption of that member’s interests, under the terms laid down in the Commercial Companies Code, approved by Decree-Law No. 262/86 of 2 September, namely Articles 232 and 347 thereof.
