Articles 36 to 40 apply, without prejudice to effects previously produced in accordance with the law then in force, to companies that, on the date of entry into force of this law, are in the situations provided for therein.
O disposto nos artigos 36.º a 40.º é aplicável, com ressalva dos efeitos anteriormente produzidos, de harmonia com lei então vigente, às sociedades que, à data da entrada em vigor desta lei, se encontrem nas situações ali previstas.
