1. The beneficial owner declaration shall be entered into the RCBE by electronic data transmission, in accordance with the information provided in the form referred to in Article 11(1).

2. Completion of the procedure shall be communicated electronically to the declarant, the entity and each of the persons indicated as beneficial owner, under terms to be laid down by order (portaria) of the members of the Government responsible for finance and justice.

3. The form of the acts and the procedures for entering information into the RCBE, as well as for making it available, shall be laid down by order (despacho) of the president of the executive board of IRN, I. P.
