1. The declaration obligation shall be fulfilled by completing and submitting an electronic form, under terms to be laid down by order (portaria) of the members of the Government responsible for finance and justice.

2. The beneficial owner declaration may be made at a registry office, by means of assisted electronic completion, in the cases and under the terms to be laid down by the order (portaria) referred to in the preceding paragraph.
