1. Confirmation that the information contained in the RCBE is accurate, adequate and current shall be given by means of an annual declaration, in the manner provided for in Article 11(1), by 31 December.
1 - A confirmação da exatidão, suficiência e atualidade da informação constante do RCBE é feita através de declaração anual, nos termos previstos no n.º 1 do artigo 11.º, até ao dia 31 de dezembro.
2. Entities required to file the Simplified Business Information (IES) may confirm that the information contained in the RCBE is accurate, adequate and current when filing it.
2 - As entidades que devam apresentar a Informação Empresarial Simplificada podem efetuar a confirmação da exatidão, suficiência e atualidade da informação constante do RCBE aquando daquela apresentação.
3. Annual confirmation shall not be required where the entity has, earlier in the same calendar year, updated the information and no fact has occurred that requires the information contained in the RCBE to be changed.
3 - A confirmação anual é dispensada sempre que a entidade tenha, em momento anterior do mesmo ano civil, efetuado uma atualização da informação e não tenha ocorrido facto que determine a alteração da informação constante do RCBE.
