1. Without prejudice to the cases specifically provided for in this regime, the initial beneficial owner declaration shall be made following the registration of the incorporation of the legal person or its first entry in the Central File of Legal Persons, depending on whether or not the entity is subject to commercial registration, within a period of 30 days.
1 - Sem prejuízo dos casos especialmente previstos no presente regime, a declaração inicial do beneficiário efetivo é efetuada na sequência do registo de constituição da pessoa coletiva ou da primeira inscrição no Ficheiro Central de Pessoas Coletivas, consoante se trate ou não de entidade sujeita a registo comercial, no prazo de 30 dias.
2. Where an entity originally excluded from the duty to declare its beneficial owner becomes subject to that duty, in particular as a result of any event that alters the exclusion situations provided for in Article 4, it shall make the beneficial owner declaration as soon as possible and in any event within no more than 30 days from the date of the fact that makes it subject to the RCBE.
2 - Quando uma entidade que se encontre originariamente excluída do dever de declaração do beneficiário efetivo fique sujeita ao cumprimento desse dever, nomeadamente em virtude de qualquer ocorrência que altere as situações de exclusão previstas no artigo 4.º, deve proceder à declaração do beneficiário efetivo no mais curto prazo possível, sem nunca exceder 30 dias, contados a partir da data do facto que determina a sujeição ao RCBE.
