1. The information contained in the RCBE shall be updated, in the manner provided for in Article 11(1), as soon as possible and in any event within no more than 30 days from the date of the fact giving rise to the change.
1 - A informação constante do RCBE deve ser atualizada, nos termos previstos no n.º 1 do artigo 11.º, no mais curto prazo possível, sem nunca exceder 30 dias, contados a partir da data do facto que determina a alteração.
2. The information contained in the RCBE may, whenever possible, be updated automatically on the basis of information already contained in public administration databases, under terms to be defined by a protocol entered into between IRN, I. P., and the controller, where the database is external to that Institute, which protocol is subject to prior review by the National Data Protection Commission.
2 - A informação constante do RCBE pode, sempre que possível, ser atualizada automaticamente com base na informação já contida nas bases de dados da Administração Pública, nos termos a definir por protocolo celebrado entre o IRN, I. P., e a entidade responsável pelo tratamento de dados, quando se trate de base de dados externa àquele Instituto, o qual é sujeito a apreciação prévia da Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados.
3. An entity subject to the RCBE may be voluntarily terminated or dissolved only after the information contained in the RCBE has been updated or confirmed as up to date.
3 - A entidade sujeita ao RCBE só pode ser voluntariamente extinta ou dissolvida após atualização da informação constante do RCBE ou confirmação da sua atualidade.
4. Paragraph 1 shall not apply to foreign entities that carry out occasional acts in Portugal, whose beneficial owner declaration obligation must be fulfilled each time an act is performed.
4 - O disposto no n.º 1 não é aplicável a entidades estrangeiras que desenvolvam em Portugal atos ocasionais, cuja obrigação declarativa de beneficiário deve ser cumprida de cada vez que seja praticado um ato.
