1. The processing of the procedures and acts for which the registry office is competent, and the processing of the appeals and challenges provided for in this enactment, may be entirely electronic, on terms to be regulated by order (portaria) of the Minister of Justice, without prejudice to Article 57(2).
1 - A tramitação dos procedimentos e actos para os quais a conservatória seja competente, bem como a tramitação dos recursos e impugnações previstos no presente diploma, pode ser integralmente electrónica, em termos a regulamentar por portaria do Ministro da Justiça, sem prejuízo do disposto no n.º 2 do artigo 57.º
2. All communications and notifications provided for in this Code may be made electronically, on terms to be regulated by order (portaria) of the Minister of Justice.
2 - Todas as comunicações e notificações previstas no presente Código podem ser efectuadas por via electrónica, nos termos a regulamentar por portaria do Ministro da Justiça.
3. Notifications made electronically shall be deemed made on the third day after they are sent or, if that day is not a working day, on the first working day thereafter.
3 - As notificações efetuadas por via eletrónica consideram-se efetuadas no terceiro dia posterior ao do seu envio, ou no primeiro dia útil seguinte a esse, quando o não seja.
The reference to Article 57(2), the regulation by order of the Minister of Justice and the deemed service of electronic notifications on the third day (or the next working day) are retained.
