1. The fees and other charges to be collected for the administrative acts and procedures provided for in this Regulatory Decree shall be set by order (portaria) of the members of the Government responsible for internal administration, justice and migration.
1 - As taxas e demais encargos a cobrar pelos atos e procedimentos administrativos previstos no presente decreto regulamentar são fixados por portaria dos membros do Governo responsáveis pelas áreas da administração interna, da justiça e das migrações.
2. The fees payable for residence cards for investment activity are those set out in the annex to Order (Portaria) No. 307/2023 of 13 October, as amended.
2 - As taxas devidas pelos títulos de residência para atividade de investimento são as previstas no anexo à Portaria n.º 307/2023, de 13 de outubro, na sua redação atual.
3. The fees payable for the procedures relating to the issue of travel documents falling within the competence of the Agency for Integration, Migration and Asylum (AIMA) and to the grant and renewal of residence permits and of long-term resident status shall be paid when the application is submitted, through the Public Administration Payments service (PAP) made available by the Public Administration Interoperability Platform (iAP), under the terms laid down in Council of Ministers Resolution No. 42/2015 of 19 June.
3 - As taxas devidas pelos procedimentos inerentes à emissão de documentos de viagem da competência da AIMA, I. P., à concessão e à renovação de autorizações de residência e de estatuto de residente de longa duração são liquidadas no momento da apresentação do pedido, através do serviço de Pagamentos da Administração Pública (PAP) disponibilizado pela Plataforma de Interoperabilidade da Administração Pública (iAP), nos termos fixados pela Resolução do Conselho de Ministros n.º 42/2015, de 19 de junho.
