1. Each year the Government prepares a quantitative report on tax expenditure, meaning all expenditure arising from legal and regulatory provisions or practices that amount to a reduction or deferral of the tax due by a specific group of taxpayers relative to the normal tax regime, in particular tax benefits; the report includes an analysis identifying and assessing, item by item, the costs and the results actually achieved in relation to the objectives underlying their creation or grant.

3. By the end of September each year, the Tax and Customs Authority (AT) publishes the corporate income tax (IRC) taxpayers that used tax benefits, specifying the type and amount of the benefit used.

Most benefits in the Statute depend on a registration, a deadline or a condition that has to stay true for years. Tell us what you plan, and we will tell you which benefit applies, what it is worth and what must be filed.
