The entities referred to in Article 21 shall make the relevant information held in the RCBE available, in good time and free of any associated charges, to the entities exercising equivalent powers in other Member States of the European Union, in accordance with the provisions on international cooperation laid down in Law No. 83/2017 of 18 August.
As entidades referidas no artigo 21.º facultam, em tempo útil e sem quaisquer custos associados, a informação pertinente existente no RCBE às entidades que exerçam competências idênticas em outros Estados-Membros da União Europeia, nos termos constantes das disposições em matéria de cooperação internacional previstas na Lei n.º 83/2017, de 18 de agosto.
