1. Payment of deferred contributions must be made on fixed dates or be made dependent on certain and specified events; in any case, payment may be demanded from the time when a period of five years has elapsed since the execution of the articles of association or the resolution on the capital increase, or when the period equivalent to half the duration of the company expires, if this limit is shorter.
2. Unless otherwise agreed, payments on account of the quota interests of the different members must be simultaneous and represent equal fractions of the respective amounts.
3. Notwithstanding the setting of time limits in the articles of association, a member is in default only after having been called upon by the company to make payment within a period that may range from 30 to 60 days.
The fixed-date or determined-event requirement for deferred contributions, the five-year / half-duration long-stop (whichever is shorter), the simultaneity and equal-fraction rule, and default only after a demand for payment within 30 to 60 days are retained.
