1. All public administration departments and bodies have a duty to ensure that the entities with which they conclude administrative contracts do not receive work performed by foreign nationals in an illegal situation.
1 - Todos os serviços e organismos da Administração Pública têm o dever de se certificarem de que as entidades com as quais celebrem contratos administrativos não recebem trabalho prestado por cidadãos estrangeiros em situação ilegal.
2. The aforementioned departments and bodies may terminate the contracts concluded, with just cause, if, after their execution, the private entities receive work performed by foreign nationals in an illegal situation.
2 - Os serviços e organismos acima referidos podem rescindir, com justa causa, os contratos celebrados se, em data posterior à sua outorga, as entidades privadas receberem trabalho prestado por cidadãos estrangeiros em situação ilegal.
3. Public administration bodies and persons responsible for vessels have a special duty to report in the following situations:
3 - Os organismos da Administração Pública e as pessoas responsáveis por embarcações têm especial dever de informar nas seguintes situações:
a) When the arrest or detention of a vessel is ordered, and when those measures cease;
a) Quando seja decretado o arresto ou detenção de uma embarcação, bem como quando estas medidas cessem;
b) When crew members or passengers of a vessel are evacuated for health reasons;
b) Quando se proceda à evacuação por motivos de saúde de tripulantes ou de passageiros de uma embarcação;
c) When passengers or crew members of a vessel go missing;
c) Quando se verifique o desaparecimento de passageiros ou tripulantes de uma embarcação;
d) When port clearance for departure is refused to a vessel;
d) Quando seja recusado o desembaraço de saída do porto a uma embarcação;
e) When passengers or crew members of a vessel are detained;
e) Quando se proceda à detenção de passageiros ou tripulantes de uma embarcação;
f) When emergency plans are activated in national ports;
f) Quando sejam accionados os planos de emergência nos portos nacionais;
g) When crew members or passengers are removed from on board by the competent authority, in particular the Maritime Police, at the request of the master of the vessel.
