In the cases provided for in Article 12(2), the tax is assessed on the value stated in the deed or contract, the assessment being corrected ex officio, where applicable, as soon as the value resulting from the valuation, to be carried out under the Municipal Property Tax Code (CIMI), becomes final.

The cross-reference to Article 12(2), assessment on the value stated in the deed or contract, and ex officio correction once the CIMI valuation becomes final are retained.
