1. The data contained in the database shall be disclosed and communicated only to the entities identified in Chapter IV and as provided for in this regime, in accordance with the GDPR, in particular with respect for the purpose for which the data were collected.
1 - Os dados constantes da base de dados apenas são divulgados e comunicados às entidades identificadas no capítulo IV e nos termos previstos no presente regime, em conformidade com o disposto no RGPD, designadamente o respeito pela finalidade da recolha dos dados.
2. The entities permitted access shall limit it to cases in which it is necessary and shall not use the information for purposes other than those for which it was collected.

3. The entities referred to in the preceding paragraph may process and interconnect the data contained in the RCBE within the scope of their respective statutory responsibilities relating to preventing and combating money laundering and terrorist financing.
