The articles of association must in particular state:

e) The amount of capital paid up and the time limits for paying up capital that has only been subscribed;

f) The authorisation, if given, for the issue of bonds;

g) The structure adopted for the management and supervision of the company.

All seven mandatory items, points (a) to (g), including the registered nature of the shares, are retained.
