1. Contributions in the form of services are not permitted.

2. In the case of cash contributions, payment of no more than 70% of the nominal value or of the issue price of the shares may be deferred; the issue premium, where provided for, may not be deferred.

3. The total of the cash contributions already paid must be deposited with a credit institution, in an account opened in the name of the future company, by the time the articles of association are executed.
3 - A soma das entradas em dinheiro já realizadas deve ser depositada em instituição de crédito, numa conta aberta em nome da futura sociedade, até ao momento da celebração do contrato.
4. The members must declare in the instrument of incorporation, on their own responsibility, that they have made the deposit referred to in the preceding paragraph.
