1. The general meeting referred to in Article 376 shall carry out a general review of the management and supervision of the company.
1 - A assembleia geral referida no artigo 376.º deve proceder à apreciação geral da administração e fiscalização da sociedade.
2. That review shall conclude with a resolution expressing confidence in all or some of the management and supervisory bodies and their members, or with the removal from office of one or more of them; the general meeting may also pass a vote of no confidence in directors appointed under Article 425(1)(a).
2 - Essa apreciação deve concluir por uma deliberação de confiança em todos ou alguns dos órgãos de administração e de fiscalização e respectivos membros ou por destituição de algum ou alguns destes, podendo também a assembleia votar a desconfiança em administradores designados nos termos da alínea a) do n.º 1 do artigo 425.º
3. The removals from office and votes of confidence provided for in the preceding paragraph may be resolved upon even if they are not mentioned in the notice of meeting.
3 - As destituições e votos de confiança previstos no número anterior podem ser deliberados independentemente de menção na convocatória da assembleia.
