1. The administrative appeal shall be decided within 90 days by the president of the Institute of Registries and Notary (IRN, I. P.), who may direct that the technical council be heard beforehand.

3. The decision given shall be notified to the appellant and communicated to the registrar who upheld the decision.

4. Where the administrative appeal is allowed, the decision must be complied with on the same day.
