1. Whenever the competent authority extends the duration of an authorised stay or of a visa, it shall add the following data to the most recent relevant entry/exit record:
1 - Sempre que a autoridade competente prorrogue a duração de uma estada autorizada ou de um visto deve acrescentar os seguintes dados ao último registo de entrada e saída pertinente:
a) Status information indicating that the duration of the authorised stay or of the visa has been extended;
a) Informação relativa ao estatuto, indicando que a duração da estada autorizada ou do visto foi prorrogada;
b) The identity of the authority that extended the duration of the authorised stay or of the visa;
b) Identidade da autoridade que prorrogou a duração da estada autorizada ou do visto;
c) The place and date of the decision to extend the duration of the authorised stay or of the visa;
c) Local e data da decisão de prorrogação da duração da estada autorizada ou do visto;
d) Where applicable, the new visa sticker number, including the three-letter code of the issuing country;
d) Caso aplicável, o novo número da vinheta de visto, incluindo o código de três letras do país emissor;
e) Where applicable, the period of extension of the duration of the authorised stay;
e) Caso aplicável, o período de prorrogação da duração da estadia autorizada;
f) The new expiry date of the authorised stay or of the visa.
f) A nova data de termo de validade da estadia ou do visto autorizados.
2. Where the competent authority extends the duration of the authorised stay under Article 20(2) of the Convention implementing the Schengen Agreement, it shall add to the most recent relevant entry/exit record the data concerning the period of extension of the authorised stay and, where applicable, an indication that the authorised stay has been extended under point (b) of that paragraph.
2 - Caso a autoridade competente prorrogue a duração da estadia autorizada, nos termos do n.º 2 do artigo 20.º da Convenção de Aplicação do Acordo de Schengen, deve acrescentar ao último registo de entrada e saída pertinente os dados relativos ao período de prorrogação da estadia autorizada e, caso aplicável, uma indicação de que a estadia autorizada foi prorrogada nos termos da alínea b) do referido número.
3. Whenever the responsible authority decides to extend a visa, it shall immediately extract from the Visa Information System the data provided for in paragraph 1 and import them directly into the Entry/Exit System (EES), in accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EC) No 767/2008.
3 - Sempre que a autoridade responsável decida prorrogar um visto, deve extrair do Sistema de Informação sobre Vistos, de imediato, os dados previstos no n.º 1 e importá-los diretamente para o SES, em conformidade com o artigo 14.º do Regulamento (CE) n.º 767/2008.
4. The entry/exit record shall indicate the reasons for the extension of the duration of an authorised stay.
4 - O registo de entrada e saída deve indicar os motivos para a prorrogação da duração de uma estada autorizada.
