The grant of long-term resident status to a person holding a residence permit issued under Articles 116 and 118, or an EU Blue Card issued under Article 121-I, of Law No. 23/2007 of 4 July, as amended, shall be communicated by AIMA, preferably electronically, to the authorities of the Member State of the European Union that granted the long-term resident status or the EU Blue Card.
A concessão do estatuto de residente de longa duração a cidadão titular de autorização de residência ou de cartão azul UE emitidos, respetivamente, ao abrigo dos artigos 116.º e 118.º ou 121.º-I da Lei n.º 23/2007, de 4 de julho, na sua redação atual, é comunicada pela AIMA, I. P., preferencialmente por via eletrónica, às autoridades do Estado-Membro da União Europeia que concedeu o estatuto de residente de longa duração ou o cartão azul UE.
