1. The redemption or acquisition of the deceased member’s quota interest carried out in accordance with the preceding Articles takes effect retroactively from the date of death.
1 - A amortização ou a aquisição da quota do sócio falecido efectuada de acordo com o prescrito nos artigos anteriores retrotrai os seus efeitos à data do óbito.
2. The rights and obligations attaching to the quota interest are suspended until its redemption or acquisition has been carried out under the preceding Articles or until the time limits laid down therein have elapsed.
2 - Os direitos e obrigações inerentes à quota ficam suspensos enquanto não se efectivar a amortização ou aquisição dela nos termos previstos nos artigos anteriores ou enquanto não decorrerem os prazos ali estabelecidos.
3. During the suspension, the successors may nevertheless exercise all rights necessary to protect their legal position, in particular voting on resolutions to amend the articles of association or to dissolve the company.
3 - Durante a suspensão, o sucessores poderão, contudo, exercer todos os direitos necessários à tutela da sua posição jurídica, nomeadamente votar em deliberações sobre alteração do contrato ou dissolução da sociedade.
