1. The company arranges the registrations relating to facts in which it has in any way been involved, or at the request of a person with standing under the following paragraph.

2. The following have standing to request the company to arrange registration:

a) The transferee, the transferor and the member who has withdrawn;

3. A request to the company to arrange registration must be accompanied by the documents evidencing the fact to be registered and by the registry fees, charges and other sums due.
3 - A solicitação à sociedade da promoção do registo deve ser acompanhada dos documentos que titulem o facto a registar e dos emolumentos, taxas e outras quantias devidas.
