1. The preparation of the tariff tables consists of determining the unit yields of each of the types and classes considered in the qualification and classification tables.

2. The tariff for each type and class is the unit land income (rendimento fundiário) of the respective standard plots or standard trees.

4 - Nas qualidades culturais que proporcionem rendimentos temporários, tais como vinhas, pomares, amendoais ou matas exploradas em corte raso, a tarifa é a anuidade de capitalização equivalente à soma de todos os seus rendimentos anuais, reportados ao fim da exploração, feito o cálculo a juro composto que tem como referência a taxa prevista na alínea j) do artigo 25.º
5. For crop types yielding perpetual income, such as arable crops, carob trees, montados (cork oak and holm oak woodland) or chestnut groves, the tariff must correspond to the income at the time of the valuation.
5 - Nas qualidades culturais que proporcionem rendimentos perpétuos, tais como culturas arvenses, alfarrobeiras, montados ou soutos, a tarifa deve corresponder ao rendimento na época da avaliação.
6. For crop types in which the main crop yields multi-year income, the tariff takes into account the normal period between two harvests according to local practice.
6 - Nas qualidades culturais em que a cultura principal proporcione rendimentos plurianuais, a tarifa toma em consideração o período normal que decorre entre duas produções segundo os usos locais.
7. The tariff for any type and class may not be lower than that estimated for the natural pasture that the land is capable of producing.
7 - A tarifa de qualquer qualidade e classe não pode ser inferior à estimada para a pastagem espontânea capaz de ser produzida nessa terra.
The cross-reference to the interest rate in Article 25(j), the examples of temporary and perpetual crop types and the floor set by natural pasture in paragraph 7 are retained.
