1. Without prejudice to the specific items required for each type of extension, applications are accompanied by the following items:
1 - Sem prejuízo dos elementos específicos exigíveis para cada tipo de prorrogação, os pedidos são instruídos com os seguintes elementos:
a) Identification particulars and other relevant particulars contained in a valid travel document;
a) Elementos de identificação e outros elementos relevantes constantes de documento de viagem válido;
b) Information proving the availability of means of subsistence, having regard to the nature of the type of extension requested;
b) Informação comprovativa da disposição de meios de subsistência, atenta a natureza do tipo de prorrogação solicitada;
d) Information on criminal record in Portugal whenever the stay requested exceeds 90 days;
d) Informação sobre os antecedentes criminais em Portugal sempre que a estada requerida seja superior a 90 dias;
e) A ticket ensuring the return journey, except in the situations provided for in Article 54(1)(a) and (g) of Law No. 23/2007 of 4 July, or whenever the stay requested exceeds 90 days;
e) Título de transporte que assegure o regresso, salvo nas situações previstas nas alíneas a) e g) do n.º 1 do artigo 54.º da Lei n.º 23/2007, de 4 de Julho, ou sempre que a estada requerida exceda 90 dias;
f) In the case of a family visit, information proving the family tie relied on.
f) Quando em visita familiar, informação comprovativa do vínculo invocado.
2. In duly substantiated and documented situations, the information proving the return ticket required under point (e) of the preceding paragraph may be replaced by information proving a travel booking showing the return date.
2 - Em situações devidamente comprovadas e documentadas, a informação comprovativa do título de transporte de regresso solicitado na alínea e) do número anterior pode ser substituída por informação comprovativa de reserva de viagem com indicação da data de regresso.
3. Applications for an extension of stay are not required to include information previously entered in the electronic workflow of the Agency for Integration, Migration and Asylum (AIMA) that remains valid.
3 - Nos pedidos de prorrogação de permanência é dispensada a informação já integrada antes no fluxo de trabalho eletrónico da AIMA, I. P., e que se mantenha válida.
4. Persons under 16 years of age are exempt from adding criminal record information to the file.
4 - Os cidadãos menores de 16 anos estão isentos de junção ao processo de informação sobre registo criminal.
Check the 90-day thresholds in paragraph 1(d) and (e), the exceptions in Article 54(1)(a) and (g) of Law No. 23/2007, the substitution of a travel booking for the return ticket in paragraph 2, and the under-16 exemption from criminal record information in paragraph 4.
