An application for an extension of stay submitted by the holder of a job-seeker visa, under Article 57-A(1)(c) of Law No. 23/2007, as amended, is accompanied by information proving registration as a job-seeker with the Institute for Employment and Vocational Training (IEFP) and that the conditions of the planned stay continue to be met, and is assessed having regard to the reasons that justified the grant of the visa.
O pedido de prorrogação de permanência apresentado por titular de visto para procura de trabalho, nos termos da alínea c) do n.º 1 do artigo 57.º-A da Lei n.º 23/2007, na sua redação atual, é acompanhado da informação comprovativa da inscrição para emprego junto do IEFP, I. P., e da manutenção das condições da estada prevista, sendo apreciado tendo em consideração as razões que justificaram a sua concessão.
