Article 206 Allocation of fines

The proceeds of fines imposed under this Law are allocated as follows:

O produto das coimas aplicadas nos termos da presente lei reverte:

a) 30% to the State;

a) Em 30 % para o Estado;

b) 50% to the Agency for Integration, Migration and Asylum (AIMA);

b) Em 50 % para a AIMA, I. P.;

c) 20% to the authority that recorded the offence.

c) Em 20 % para a entidade autuante.
