Carriers that have not transmitted the information they are required to provide under Articles 42 and 43, or that have transmitted it incorrectly, incompletely, falsely or after the time limit, shall be punished, for each journey, with a fine of EUR 4,000 to EUR 6,000 in the case of legal persons or EUR 3,000 to EUR 5,000 in the case of natural persons.
As transportadoras que não tenham transmitido a informação a que estão obrigadas de acordo com os artigos 42.º e 43.º ou que a tenham transmitido de forma incorreta, incompleta, falsa ou após o prazo, são punidas, por cada viagem, com coima de (euro) 4000 a (euro) 6000, no caso de pessoas coletivas, ou de (euro) 3000 a (euro) 5000, no caso de pessoas singulares.
