1. The imposition of the fines and ancillary sanctions provided for in this Chapter is the responsibility of the board of directors of the Agency for Integration, Migration and Asylum (AIMA), which may delegate that power, without prejudice to the specific powers conferred on other entities in respect of Article 198-A(9).
