The Borders and Foreigners Coordination Unit (UCFE) establishes the appropriate procedures and technological solutions for the transmission by air carriers, shipowners or shipping agents of the data provided for in Article 42 of Law No. 23/2007 of 4 July, as amended, on terms to be defined by order (portaria) of the member of the Government to whom the Secretary-General of the Internal Security System reports and of the member of the Government responsible for internal administration.
A Unidade de Coordenação de Fronteiras e Estrangeiros (UCFE) estabelece os procedimentos e as soluções tecnológicas adequadas para a transmissão pelas transportadoras aéreas, armadores ou agentes de navegação, dos dados previstos no artigo 42.º da Lei n.º 23/2007, de 4 de julho, na sua redação atual, nos termos a definir por portaria do membro do Governo do qual depende o Secretário-Geral do Sistema de Segurança Interna e pelo membro do Governo responsável pela área da administração interna.
