1. The interested parties, the registrar and the Public Prosecution Service may lodge an appeal with the Court of Appeal against the judgment given by the court of first instance.

2. The appeal, which shall have suspensive effect, shall be processed and decided as an interlocutory appeal (agravo) in civil matters.

3. No appeal shall lie to the Supreme Court of Justice from the judgment of the Court of Appeal, without prejudice to cases in which an appeal is always admissible.
