1. Where documentary records are lost or rendered unusable, the registrations may be reconstituted by reproduction from the existing archives, by re-creation of the registration on the basis of the relevant documents, or by restoration (reforma) of those records.
1 - Em caso de extravio ou inutilização dos suportes documentais, os registos podem ser reconstituídos por reprodução a partir dos arquivos existentes, por reelaboração do registo com base nos respectivos documentos, ou por reforma dos referidos suportes.
2. The date of reconstitution of the registrations must be shown on the record sheet (ficha).
