1. Inaccurate registrations and improperly made registrations must be rectified on the initiative of the registrar as soon as the registrar becomes aware of the irregularity, or at the request of any interested party, even if not registered.
1 - Os registos inexactos e os registos indevidamente lavrados devem ser rectificados por iniciativa do conservador, logo que tome conhecimento da irregularidade, ou a pedido de qualquer interessado, ainda que não inscrito.
2. Improperly made registrations that are void under Article 22(1)(b) and (d) may be cancelled with the consent of the interested parties or in execution of a decision taken in this procedure.
2 - Os registos indevidamente efectuados que sejam nulos nos termos das alíneas b) e d) do n.º 1 do artigo 22.º podem ser cancelados com o consentimento dos interessados ou em execução de decisão tomada neste processo.
3. Rectification of a registration is, as a rule, made by annotation, to be entered at the end of the special procedure provided for that purpose in this Code.
3 - A rectificação do registo é feita, em regra, por averbamento, a lavrar no termo do processo especial para esse efeito previsto neste Código.
5. Registrations entered on a record sheet other than the one on which they should have been made are transcribed ex officio onto the corresponding record sheet, and a note is made on the erroneous registration that it has been rendered void, indicating the record sheet onto which it was transcribed.
5 - Os registos lançados em ficha distinta daquela em que deviam ter sido lavrados são oficiosamente transcritos na ficha que lhes corresponda, anotando-se ao registo errado a sua inutilização e a indicação da ficha em que foi transcrito.
Rectification by the registrar's own initiative or at the request of any interested party (even if not registered), cancellation of registrations void under Article 22(1)(b) and (d), rectification as a rule by annotation, repealed paragraph 4 and ex officio transcription of entries made on the wrong record sheet are retained.
