1. Once the restoration has been completed, the registrar must report that fact to the Public Prosecution Service so that it may arrange for a further summons of the interested parties by public notice to examine the reconstituted registrations and submit their objections to the registry office within 30 days.
1 - Concluída a reforma, o conservador deve participar o facto ao Ministério Público, a fim de que este promova nova citação edital dos interessados para examinarem os registos reconstituídos e apresentarem na conservatória as suas reclamações no prazo de 30 dias.
2. Where an objection is based on the omission of an entry, that entry shall be made as provisional by nature, on the basis of the objector’s petition and the documents submitted.
2 - Quando a reclamação tiver por fundamento a omissão de alguma inscrição, esta é lavrada como provisória por natureza, com base na petição do reclamante e nos documentos apresentados.
3. If the objection concerns the restored registration itself, copies of the challenged registration and of the documents on which it was based must be added to the objection file, and the pendency of the objection must be noted.
3 - Se a reclamação visar o próprio registo reformado, devem ser juntas ao processo de reclamação cópias do registo impugnado e dos documentos que lhe serviram de base e deve anotar-se a pendência da reclamação.
4. Once the two preceding paragraphs have been complied with, the objections shall be sent to the competent court for decision, together with the registrar’s report.
4 - Cumprido o disposto nos dois números anteriores, as reclamações são remetidas, para decisão, ao tribunal competente, com informação do conservador.
