1. Restoration proceedings shall begin with the sending to the Public Prosecution Service of a formal record (auto) drawn up by the registrar, which must state the circumstances of the loss or of the records being rendered unusable, specify the documentary records affected and refer to the period to which the registrations correspond.
2. The Public Prosecution Service must apply to the judge for the interested parties to be summoned by public notice to submit to the registry office, within two months, any documents they hold; the public notices must state the period to which the registrations relate.
3. Once the period set in the public notices has elapsed and the summons has been held valid by an order that has become final, the Public Prosecution Service must arrange for that fact to be communicated to the registrar.
The registrar's record to the Public Prosecution Service, the two-month period under the public notices and the requirement of a final order validating the summons are retained.
We file registrations at the commercial registry for foreign-owned companies: incorporations, share transfers, manager changes, capital changes, branches, filing of accounts and closures. In English, fixed fees, with the registry fee shown separately.
