1. The following personal data are collected for automated processing:

2. In respect of the persons subject to registration, the following personal data are collected:

a) Name;

b) Marital status and, if single, an indication of whether the person is of full age or a minor;

b) Estado civil e, sendo o de solteiro, menção de maioridade ou menoridade;

c) Name of the spouse and matrimonial property regime;

c) Nome do cônjuge e regime de bens;

d) Habitual residence or professional address;

d) Residência habitual ou domicílio profissional;

e) Identification document number;

e) Número do documento de identificação;

f) Tax identification number;

f) Número de identificação fiscal.

g) Nationality;

g) Nacionalidade;

h) Email address, where provided.

h) Endereço eletrónico, quando facultado.

3. In respect of the persons filing applications for registration, the following personal data are collected:

3 - Relativamente aos apresentantes dos pedidos de registo, são recolhidos os seguintes dados pessoais:

a) Name;

a) Nome;

b) Habitual residence or professional address;

b) Residência habitual ou domicílio profissional;

c) Identification document number;

c) Número do documento de identificação;

d) Bank identification number, if provided by the filer.

d) Número de identificação bancária, se disponibilizado pelo apresentante.

4. Any other data concerning the legal status of the entities subject to registration are also collected.

4 - São ainda recolhidos quaisquer outros dados referentes à situação jurídica das entidades sujeitas a registo.

5. The data item referred to in paragraph 2(e) is not disclosed with the registration, without prejudice to its being made available together with the other information under Article 78-F(2) and Article 78-H.
