1. Personal data recorded in the database may be communicated or disclosed only as provided for in this Code.
1 - A comunicação ou a revelação dos dados pessoais registados na base de dados só podem ser efectuadas nos termos previstos neste Código.
2. Registry and notary staff, and any persons who, in the performance of their duties, become aware of the personal data recorded in the commercial registry database, are bound by professional secrecy under Article 17(1) of Law No. 67/98 of 26 October.
2 - Os funcionários dos registos e do notariado, bem como as pessoas que, no exercício das suas funções, tenham conhecimento dos dados pessoais registados na base de dados do registo comercial, ficam obrigados a sigilo profissional, nos termos do n.º 1 do artigo 17.º da Lei n.º 67/98, de 26 de Outubro.
The restriction of communication or disclosure of personal data to the terms of this Code and the professional secrecy obligation under Article 17(1) of Law No. 67/98 are retained.
