1. The data in the database concerning the legal status of any entity subject to commercial registration may be communicated to any person who requests them, as provided for in this Code.
1 - Os dados referentes à situação jurídica de qualquer entidade sujeita a registo comercial constantes da base de dados podem ser comunicados a qualquer pessoa que o solicite, nos termos previstos neste Código.
2. The personal data referred to in Article 78-D(2) may also be communicated to State bodies and services and other legal persons governed by public law for the performance of their legal and statutory functions.
2 - Os dados pessoais referidos no n.º 2 do artigo 78.º-D podem ainda ser comunicados aos organismos e serviços do Estado e demais pessoas colectivas de direito público para prossecução das respectivas atribuições legais e estatutárias.
3. The entities referred to in the preceding paragraph may be authorised to consult the data through a data transmission line, provided that compliance with information security rules and technical availability are ensured.
3 - Às entidades referidas no número anterior pode ser autorizada a consulta através de linha de transmissão de dados, garantido o respeito pelas normas de segurança da informação e da disponibilidade técnica.
4. The information may be disclosed for scientific research or statistical purposes provided that the persons to whom it relates cannot be identified.
4 - A informação pode ser divulgada para fins de investigação científica ou de estatística desde que não possam ser identificáveis as pessoas a que respeita.
5. Information for scientific research or statistical purposes concerning entities subject to commercial registration may result from cross-matching the data contained in the various registry databases, the Central File of Legal Persons and the Annual Accounts Database, provided that the entities to which the information relates cannot be individually identified.
5 - A informação para fins de investigação científica ou de estatística relativa a entidades sujeitas a registo comercial pode resultar do cruzamento dos dados contidos nas diversas bases de dados registais, Ficheiro Central de Pessoas Coletivas e Base de Dados das Contas Anuais, desde que não possam ser individualizadas as entidades a que respeita a informação.
