1. Where the tax office or other place legally authorised to receive the returns referred to in Article 117(1)(a) has suitable computer facilities, those returns are replaced by an oral declaration, made by the taxpayer, of all the information necessary for registration, for changing the data contained in that register and for its cancellation, that information being immediately entered into the computer system and confirmed by the declarant after it has been printed on a standard form.
1 - Quando o serviço de finanças ou outro local legalmente autorizado a receber as declarações referidas na alínea a) do n.º 1 do artigo 117.º disponha de meios informáticos adequados, essas declarações são substituídas pela declaração verbal, efetuada pelo sujeito passivo, de todos os elementos necessários à inscrição no registo, à alteração dos dados constantes daquele registo e ao seu cancelamento, sendo estes imediatamente introduzidos no sistema informático e confirmados pelo declarante, após a sua impressão em documento tipificado.
2. The standard form produced under the conditions referred to in the preceding paragraph replaces, for all legal purposes, the returns referred to in Article 117(1)(a).
2 - O documento tipificado nas condições referidas no número anterior substitui, para todos os efeitos legais, as declarações a que se refere a alínea a) do n.º 1 do artigo 117.º
3. The document evidencing the registration, the changes or the cancellation in the register of IRC taxpayers is the standard form, as the case may be, processed after confirmation of the data by the declarant and authenticated with the signature of the receiving official and with the label (vinheta) of the official accountant (técnico oficial de contas) who assumes tax responsibility for the taxpayer to which the returns relate.
3 - O documento comprovativo da inscrição das alterações ou do cancelamento no registo de sujeitos passivos de IRC é o documento tipificado, consoante os casos, processado após a confirmação dos dados pelo declarante, autenticado com a assinatura do funcionário recetor e com aposição da vinheta do técnico oficial de contas que assume a responsabilidade fiscal do sujeito passivo a que respeitam as declarações.
The condition of suitable computer facilities, confirmation by the declarant after printing, and authentication by the receiving official's signature and the accountant's label (vinheta) are retained.
