The following are also subject to registration:

c) The creation, alteration and closure of permanent representations (branches) of companies, cooperatives, complementary groupings of undertakings and European economic interest groupings with their registered office in Portugal or abroad, as well as the appointment, powers and termination of office of their representatives;

c) A criação, a alteração e o encerramento de representações permanentes de sociedades, cooperativas, agrupamentos complementares de empresas e agrupamentos europeus de interesse económico com sede em Portugal ou no estrangeiro, bem como a designação, poderes e cessação de funções dos respectivos representantes;

d) The filing of accounts of companies with their registered office abroad and a permanent representation in Portugal;

d) A prestação de contas das sociedades com sede no estrangeiro e representação permanente em Portugal;

e) An agency or commercial representation agreement, when concluded in writing, its amendments and its termination;

e) O contrato de agência ou representação comercial, quando celebrado por escrito, suas alterações e extinção;

f) (Repealed.)

g) Any other facts that the law declares subject to commercial registration.
