1. For registration of the facts provided for in Article 15 after the time limits mentioned therein, double the applicable registry fee is payable.

2. The preceding paragraph does not apply to the courts or to the Public Prosecution Service.

3. Failure to comply with the obligation to register the filing of accounts prevents the registration of other facts concerning the entity, except for registrations of the appointment and termination of office, for any reason other than the expiry of the term, of members of the management and supervisory bodies, of acts issued by an administrative authority, of the actions, decisions, proceedings and interim measures provided for in Article 9, as well as of the preventive attachment (arresto), inventory attachment (arrolamento), attachment (penhora) and seizure in criminal proceedings of quota interests or rights over them, of other acts or measures affecting their free disposal, and any other registrations to be effected by filing.
3 - O incumprimento da obrigação de registar a prestação de contas obsta ao registo de outros factos sobre a entidade, com exceção dos registos de designação e cessação de funções, por qualquer causa que não seja o decurso do tempo, dos membros dos órgãos de administração e de fiscalização, de atos emanados de autoridade administrativa, das ações, decisões, procedimentos e providências cautelares previstas no artigo 9.º, bem como do arresto, do arrolamento, da penhora e da apreensão em processo penal, de quotas ou direitos sobre elas, outros atos ou providências que afetem a sua livre disposição, e quaisquer outros registos a efetuar por depósito.
