1. By the 15th day of each month, notaries must send to the registry office located in the municipality of the registered office of the entity subject to registration a list of the documents drawn up in the previous month that evidence facts subject to mandatory commercial registration.
1 - Até ao dia 15 de cada mês, os notários devem remeter à conservatória situada no concelho da sede da entidade sujeita a registo a relação dos documentos lavrados no mês anterior, para prova dos factos sujeitos a registo comercial obrigatório.
