Article 6 Complementary groupings of undertakings

The following facts relating to complementary groupings of undertakings are subject to registration:

Estão sujeitos a registo os seguintes factos relativos a agrupamentos complementares de empresas:

a) The grouping agreement;

b) The issue of bonds;

c) The appointment and removal of directors and managers;

c) A nomeação e exoneração de administradores e gerentes;

d) The admission, withdrawal and exclusion of members of the grouping;

d) A entrada, exoneração e exclusão de membros do agrupamento;

e) Amendments to the agreement;

e) As modificações do contrato;

f) The dissolution of the grouping and the closure of its liquidation.
