1. The following facts relating to the represented company are specifically subject to registration in respect of permanent representations of limited liability companies with their registered office in a European Union country:
1 - Estão especialmente sujeitos a registo sobre as representações permanentes de sociedades de responsabilidade limitada com sede em país da União Europeia, os seguintes factos relativos à sociedade representada:
a) Registered amendments to the articles of association, in particular those relating to the business name or company name, the registered office and the legal form of the company, as well as the appointment and termination of office of members of the corporate bodies;
a) As alterações ao contrato de sociedade registadas, designadamente, as relativas à firma ou à denominação, à sede e à natureza jurídica da sociedade, bem como a designação e a cessação de funções dos membros dos órgãos sociais;
b) The opening and closure of liquidation and insolvency proceedings;
b) A abertura e o encerramento dos processos de liquidação e de insolvência;
2. Registration of the facts provided for in the preceding paragraph is effected ex officio, following a communication through the system of interconnection of registers of the European Union by the competent register of the relevant Member State of the European Union.
2 - O registo dos factos previstos no número anterior é efetuado oficiosamente, na sequência de comunicação, através do sistema de interconexão dos registos da União Europeia, pelo registo competente do respetivo Estado-Membro da União Europeia.
