The following facts relating to European economic interest groupings are subject to registration:
Estão sujeitos a registo os seguintes factos relativos aos agrupamentos europeus de interesse económico:
b) The assignment, in whole or in part, of a member’s participation in the grouping;
b) A cessão, total ou parcial, de participação de membro do agrupamento;
c) A clause exempting a new member from payment of debts incurred before their admission;
c) A cláusula que exonere um novo membro do pagamento das dívidas contraídas antes da sua entrada;
d) The appointment and termination of office, for any reason other than the expiry of the term, of the managers of the grouping;
d) A designação e cessação de funções, por qualquer causa que não seja o decurso do tempo, dos gerentes do agrupamento;
e) The admission, withdrawal and exclusion of members of the grouping;
e) A entrada, exoneração e exclusão de membros do agrupamento;
g) The draft terms for the transfer of the registered office;
g) O projecto de transferência da sede;
i) The appointment and termination of office, prior to the closure of the liquidation, of the liquidators;
i) A designação e cessação de funções, anterior ao encerramento da liquidação, dos liquidatários;
Points (a) to (j) are retained, including the clause exempting a new member from pre-admission debts and the exclusion of terminations caused by expiry of the term in point (d).
