2. Save as provided in the following paragraphs, registration of the facts referred to in the preceding paragraph must be applied for within two months of the date on which they were formalised in a deed or other instrument.

4. The application for registration of the filing of accounts of companies and individual limited liability establishments must be made by the 15th day of the 7th month following the end of the financial year.
4 - O pedido de registo de prestação de contas de sociedades e de estabelecimentos individuais de responsabilidade limitada deve ser efectuado até ao 15.º dia do 7.º mês posterior à data do termo do exercício económico.
5. The actions, decisions, proceedings and interim measures provided for in Article 9 are likewise subject to mandatory registration.
5 - Estão igualmente sujeitas a registo obrigatório as acções, decisões, procedimentos e providências cautelares previstas no artigo 9.º
6. Registration of interim proceedings is not mandatory if registration of the interim measure applied for has already been applied for, and registration of that measure is not mandatory if registration of the main action has already been applied for.
6 - O registo do procedimento cautelar não é obrigatório se já se encontrar pedido o registo da providência cautelar requerida e o registo desta não é obrigatório se já se encontrar pedido o registo da acção principal.
7. Registration of actions and of interim proceedings for the suspension of company resolutions must be applied for within two months of the date on which they were brought.
7 - O registo das acções e dos procedimentos cautelares de suspensão de deliberações sociais devem ser pedidos no prazo de dois meses a contar da data da sua propositura.
8. Registration of the final decisions given in the actions and proceedings referred to in the preceding paragraph must be applied for within two months of their becoming res judicata.

The scope of mandatory registration (Article 3(1)(a) to (c) and (e) to (z), Article 3(2), Article 4, Article 5(a), (e) and (f), Articles 6 to 8, Article 10(c) and (d), and Article 9) and the two-month periods and the deadline of the 15th day of the 7th month after the financial year-end are retained.
