1. The following facts relating to public undertakings are subject to registration:
1 - Estão sujeitos a registo os seguintes factos relativos a empresas públicas:
b) The issue of bonds and participation securities;
b) A emissão de obrigações e de títulos de participação;
c) The appointment and termination of office, for any reason other than the expiry of the term, of members of the management and supervisory bodies;
c) A designação e cessação de funções, por qualquer causa que não seja o decurso do tempo, dos membros dos órgãos de administração e de fiscalização;
e) The grouping, merger, division and any other amendment to the statutes;
e) O agrupamento, fusão, cisão e qualquer outra alteração dos estatutos;
f) The extinction of public undertakings, the appointment and termination of office, prior to the closure of the liquidation, of the liquidators, as well as the closure of the liquidation.
f) A extinção das empresas públicas, a designação e cessação de funções, anterior ao encerramento da liquidação, dos liquidatários, bem como o encerramento da liquidação.
Points (a) to (f) of paragraph 1 are retained, including the exclusion of terminations caused by expiry of the term in point (c).
